Shipping within the United States is offered at no additional cost. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and destination. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, some delays may occur due to carrier conditions, weather, or high shipping volumes.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping, and delivery times generally range from 7–15 business days. Please note that customs processing may extend this timeframe.

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the price of the products or shipping costs during checkout.

If customs fees are not paid and a package is returned or abandoned, a refund may not be possible, and the customer will be responsible for any shipping-related costs.

Packaging and Handling

Products are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in optimal condition. However, due to the nature of fragrance and skincare products, some minor shifts in packaging may occur during transit. This is particularly relevant for liquid-based items like lotions and perfumes.

In rare cases, leaks or damage to bottles may happen. If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order for assistance. Damaged items will be reviewed, and a resolution will be provided, such as a replacement or refund.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Incomplete or incorrect addresses can delay shipping and may incur additional costs for reshipment.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for the additional shipping charges to have the order reshipped.

Shipping Delays

If your order is delayed, we will provide tracking updates, but please note that some delays, especially international ones, may take longer than expected.

Split Shipments

Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately if necessary. This can occur when inventory is split between locations or due to product packaging considerations. In these cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
